Where can I buy your products?

In addition to manufacturing our equipment, we also sell directly to the consumer.

Where can I buy replacement components and filters?

Noah Water Systems offers a full line of replacement components available to ship to your door.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers and credit card payment using Visa and MasterCard. International and domestic customers placing large orders can buy with confidence using an irrevocable letter of credit.

When do you expect payment?

Payment in full is required prior to shipping.

Speaking of shipping, what carrier(s) do you use?

We typically use the services of Fed-Ex, (ground or express), but we’ll use your preferred carrier, if necessary, to suit your needs.

What about larger shipments?

Depending on the size of the order, we might use the services of a freight carrier such as YRC Freight.

What about international orders – can you ship to me overseas?

Absolutely! We will ship our products anywhere in the world. We’ll even use ocean cargo containers for large orders if necessary. We ship our international air cargo orders using DHL Worldwide Freight.

How long will it take you to ship my order?

Inventory items will ship immediately. Orders that exceed our current inventory usually ship within 30 days of the completed order.

How will I know when my order ships?

We’ll provide you detailed tracking information so you can see your shipment every step of the way.

How much will shipping cost and who pays for it?

The customer pays for actual shipping costs without any mark-up added. We’ll handle all the shipping arrangements and paperwork, pre-pay for the freight and add it to your invoice.

What about taxes, duties and customs charges on my international order?

The customer is responsible to pay any applicable taxes/customs/duties. We’ll provide all of the necessary paperwork to give the customer what they need to receive the goods. It’s the customer’s responsibility to handle the customs process.
